Class A Golf
Premium Service Plan available for Class A members.
Class A members are the owners and share-holders of this fine club. Their privileges are unlimited on the Golf Course, Clubhouse, and Lake for their spouse and children up to age 23. Monthly dues and food & beverage spending requirements apply. Additional annual charges include Bag Storage, Lakelander (membership roster), Range, Locker and GAM. With our exclusive Premium Service Plan you may maximize your club benefits by adding a 40% discount on food, Golf Shop discount buying at cost +10% and one free guest green fee daily!!
Introductory Class A Golf
Spring Special! Introductory Class A membership for a trial period NOW through October, 2010. $500 initiation, $200 monthly dues to be billed June 2010 through October 2010 and no required monthly minimum food and beverage spending, plus golf service fee $295 for our amazing practice facility including driving range, short-range, bunkers, putting greens and target greens. Additional service includes bag storage which provides club cleaning, storage and a beautiful pewter Lakelands bag tag. This golf service fee will billed in April 2010. Initial payment will be recognized in 2011 if the new member decides to remain active at the club. This membership provides golf for you, your spouse and your children up to age 23. Also included is lake and beach privileges on Winans Lake.
Class B Social (Sport Social)
Sport Social members have year round privileges of the Clubhouse, Winans Lake and Beach. Sport Social members have golfing privileges of four rounds annually. No dues are charged in the months of January or February while the club is closed. One time initation fee of $100 with monthly dues of $45 and are billed March through December. There is no mandatory food and beverage spending requirements. Club Communications fee of $16 annually.
Educator
This special target promotion is for the fine educators within our surrounding communities. As an Educator you and your family can enjoy a full golf season at the Club. June 1, 2010 through October 31, 2010 all the golf you can play! Includes you, your spouse and your children under age 23. Plus our complete practice facilities are part of your package. Driving Range, Short Range, Short Game and Putting. Enjoy the restaurants and our entertainement events too. This membership is only $600 and has no dues or fees. If you would like to add the Beach Club to your package, that is available to this fine group for an additional $100. Thank you for making a difference in the life of our children!
Class D Intermediate
A Class D (Intermediate) membership is for persons age 21-39 years of age. At age 40 the Class D membership automatically transfers to Class A at which time the prevailing equity is due. Additional mandatory annual charges include nominal fees for Club Communications, Seasonal Range, Bag Storage, Locker and GAM.
Corporate Sponsored
The Corporate Sponsored membership provides privileges to four individuals within the corporation. There is a Primary Member who is entitled to all golf and club privileges and shall be responsible for all dues, fees and assessments. The primary Corporate member shall be entitled to name three (3) additional employees as Designated Members at a fixed rate annually. The Designates are allowed all privileges of the Club and Golf Course at the prevailing daily rate, but have no spouse or family privileges other than as guests of the Designates. The Primary member and Designates may be changed from time to time for a reasonable transfer fee. Additional mandatory annual charges include nominal fees for the Lakelander (membership roster), Seasonal Range, Bag Storag, Locker and GAM.
Introductory Corporate Sponsored
This introductory offer for corporations provides golf and clubhouse privileges for up to (5) members of the corporation. The membership includes practice facilities, bag storage, and 100 round of golf to be shared by the five individuals and as guest rounds if preferred.
Class L Lake
Winans Lake is a private lake with member access only. Certain lots surrounding Winans Lake qualify for this membership type. Lake members have Clubhouse, Winans Lake & Beach privileges year round.
