With a rich history that extends back to 1922, Lakelands Golf & Country Club is conveniently located in Brighton close to home. Whether you want to spend the entire day at play, work on your short game for a few hours, or treat yourself to delectable cuisine, you'll find it all at Lakelands.

For 85 years, Lakelands Golf and Country Club has symbolized style, tradition and tranquility amid the rolling hills of Livingston County's lake district.

Located at 8760 Chilson Road in Brighton, Michigan, the Club is open March through December. The heart of Lakelands is its 18 hole golf course. The first nine holes were built in 1922 with the clubhouse and second nine holes coming in 1927. The course features tight fairways, elevated greens and challenging side-hill lies. Bring your "A" game when playing this course.

The spacious PGA pro shop offers the finest in golf equipment and accessories. Members can be seen honing their skills, under the watchful eye of Eric Martin, PGA Golf Professional, on the largest driving range in Livingston County. Lakelands offers golf programs for men, women, and kids. Prime weekend tee times are open to all members and spouses. After golf, members find their way over to the clubhouse for a quick sandwich and beverage or a formal meal.

Lakelands Clubhouse has banquet facilities for up to 300 people. The club is a very popular choice for weddings and conferences. In addition to golf, the club offers a wide range of social activities throughout the year.

Adjacent to the club is Winans Lake, which offers members a year round water sports opportunity. This no-motor lake affords a peaceful backdrop for a variety of activities, from ice fishing to swimming. The club maintains a supervised beach between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
